RightCount was established as a 501(c)(3) entity to conduct research and educate fellow citizens around election integrity issues.

Mission

Voting is a sacred right conceived in liberty, conferred by the Founders and secured by the service and sacrifices of generations of Americans. States have a constitutional obligation to establish election procedures and the U.S. Constitution neither requires nor anticipates identical rules in every state. RightCount is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the mission to help fortify and protect the rule of law in the tabulation of voting across the United States.

In order to honor the principles of America’s Founding, restore the promise of limited government and protect freedom, RightCount will remain steadfast in our commitment to defend those sworn to uphold the rule of law by ensuring that the constitutional standards, laws and procedures for vote counting and certification are upheld in the states.

Statement of Principles

Recruit

Recruit coalitions of like-minded civic, business, law enforcement, veteran and religious leaders who believe the rule of law and the integrity of our electoral voting processes are of paramount importance in our constitutional system.

Assemble

Assemble coalition members to remind the public of the importance of security and integrity in the vote counting process and raise awareness of threats to the constitutional and legal procedures related to vote counting if and when they arise.

Mobilize

Mobilize community voices to applaud election officials for carrying out their ministerial duties in the face of partisan opposition and support those same officials when they are getting pressure to stray from their legal and constitutional obligations.
